Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Apparel items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Undergarments (including swimwear), due to hygiene reasons.

    • Items marked as final sale.

    • Customized or personalized apparel and accessories.

    • Items with noticeable signs of wear or damage.

Initiation of Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and additional instructions on how to send out your return.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees will need to be paid by the customer, and the customer will need to arrange shipping back to China.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.

Exchange Process

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item's details when contacting customer service.

  • Exchange items will be shipped once we receive the original item and verify its condition.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your package has been damaged, missed, or incorrect, we request that you submit a picture and an elaboration within 24 hours of receiving your package for assessment.
